Racket training includes various strokes, techniques and rallying taught to build their flexibility. Movement training comprises front court, mid court and rear court movement patterns that are pivotal for improving technical stances. Advanced movement training, along with jumps and landings, improve balance, coordination and mobility at a faster pace. The player achieves the ability to move their joints freely through the court with full range.
